For those of you that have never encountered the culinary delight that is a Spiedie (pronounced "speedy") sub, you are missing out! I was introduced to spiedies living in the Binghamton, NY area. I think they are one of the best ways to prepare chicken, and they are also good prepared with beef or pork.

Lupo's, a Binghamton-area chain, markets their own brand of spiedie marinade. They are now online, and I am psyched!

Rob Salamida Company is another Binghamton-area place online, but I can't claim to have ever had their sauce. If I ever buy it, I'll be sure to post an opinion here.
